Mr Gallagher’s 5th class entered a competition for Seachtain na hEolaíchta 2025. The competition required entrants to make a video about a science related topic in the past, present and future. Rang a cuig made a video as gaeilge about bridges. They entered the video into the competition and won a brilliant prize for the school. They won a set of 12 STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) kits for use in the school.
They were absolutely delighted with the big win and have spent the past week experimenting with the new equipment. They made a video about the things they built with there new equipment and both videos are up on the school website.
