6th class had a great day out in Trinity College today. We visited the Department of Botany where Peter Moonlight, curator of the herbarium, and Dr John Parnell gave us a very informative talk about the herbarium and the work of Dr AGF Kerr. The kids answered and asked great questions. We also visited the Book of Kells and Grafton Street. Thanks to our teachers for a great day.
