Some of our students studied the ‘Little Red Hen’ during English lessons this week and learnt what important ingredients were needed to bake bread. This inspired Solas class to make our own soda bread! Unlike some of the lazy characters in the story however, we all wanted to work together to make it. Yes, it was just as tasty as it looked! 😉
