Our boys soccer team were crowned Leitrim Champions today. Both teams teams qualified for the final where they played teams from Drumshanbo, Ballinamore and Leitrim Village as well as El Classico. Superb performances were put in with Team 1 victorious in all their matches clenching victory. However the match everyone came to see was El Classico with both Kinlough teams against eachother. Despite a 3 1 defeat including a Troy Parrot flick by Kaiden Byrne the game will be remembered by goalkeeper Matthew Rooney worldie goal from his own half. Congrats to both teams and best of luck in the Connacht Finals and the chance to play at the Aviva Stadium.
