News & updates
Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are delighted to share that our first Parents’ Association meeting of the school year (September 2025 – June 2026) was a great success on Tuesday 9th Sept '25.
We are thrilled to welcome 11 new members to the team.
A warm congratulations to Rosanne Rooney, who has been appointed as our new Treasurer.
Together, we outlined plans and events for the year ahead, filled with exciting ideas and opportunities to support our school community, which we will outline & share with you through our monthly newsletters.
We are very fortunate to have this very active and highly motivated group of people on our Parents Association. We are still seeking new members as to join our Parent Association community. We would absolutely love to see some new parents join, but don't ever feel your input would be too little. If it is only as a once off at a school event we don't expect everyone's complete involvement. We as Parents/ Guardians ourselves understand the demands of every day life, work commitments, family life etc and feel parents are quite hesitant to join because of this. If its only once a year you can commit to, all help is greatly appreciated. Especially at the Christmas Concert, Grandparents Day and the Graduation Ceremony to help with hospitality, making tea/coffee, some home baking etc. We have a lot planned for the year ahead and without everyone's help some of these events will not be able to take place. As the saying goes 'Strength In Numbers '.
So anyone interested in joining the Parents Association please contact the school who will put you in touch with the Committee or just come to us directly.
Edyta has kindly set up this place for us on the school website. This will be a great way to keep everyone updated on our plans ahead and save on long emails!!So keep checking on it we have some exciting events planned.
Although the Parents Association is not just for fundraising, it's important to remember how much it benefits our children. It in turn helps reduces the costs for us the Parents/Guardians and provides wonderful resources for our children. The Parents Association is about Parents/Guardians being involved in school life, supporting the school, providing the best educational opportunities for our children but most importantly making school life as fun and enjoyable as possible.
We are already accepting any donations for the Christmas Raffle and we would really appreciate everyone's support.
Hope everyone has a wonderful week ahead and remember to keep checking the website.
We’re looking forward to a positive and productive year ahead, and we thank you for your continued support.
Warm regards,
Your School’s Parents’ Association Team
